Biotor Industries Limited (Jayant Oil Mills) was promoted by the late Mangaldas R. Kapadia. It is now managed by the second generation of the Kapadia family.

The management is run with the objective of maintaining its status of the World's No.1 Castor Oil Company 

The company's Board of Directors include :

• Mr. Bharatkumar M Kapadia
  Chairman 
  Mr. Bharatkumar Kapadia has over 25 years experience in the Castor business. He was appointed as a member of the Board of Director in 1977 of Jayant Vegoils & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (now BIOTOR). In 2002, he was appointed the Chairman of the Company. He provides strategic direction to the company and his responsibilities include overall planning, direction and control and to ensure successful running of the business. He formulates the company's strategy, policies and growth plans.
    

• Mr. Rajesh M. Kapadia
  Managing Director
  Mr. Rajesh M Kapadia is a graduate from Lawrence University, USA. He joined the Company in 1994 in the Exports division. In the initial years with the Company, he worked in various departments including a two years stint at the Bhandup factory. He was appointed Managing Director in 2002. He is currently responsible for the day to day operations of the company which includes sales, export, production, technical, finance and purchase.
    

• Mr. Dinesh R. Kapadia 
  Director 
  Mr.Dinesh R. Kapadia has been involved in the operations of the Company since 1970. He has a Bachelors degree in Engineering with a specialization in Petroleum. He acts as an advisory member on the Board of Directors of Group Companies.
    

• Mr. Anupam Shukla 
  President-Sales and Marketing 
  Mr. Anupam Shukla, joined BIOTOR, as President - Sales and Marketing w.e.f 25th June '07. He completed his graduation in B.A (Hons.) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and then joined Faculty of Management Sciences, Delhi to pursue specialization in MBA - Marketing. Mid way through he joined M/s Hindustan Unilever Lever Ltd, through campus recruitment, as a management trainee in 1987. During his tenure with HUL, spanning almost two decades, he has worked in various capacities in the areas of sales & marketing, customer development, industrial distributive trade, raw material procurement and supply chain management. His last assignment with HUL, was in the Castor Business, where he held a senior position and was the Business Manager for International trade. Having worked with the most reputed FMCG, HUL, Mr. Shukla brings with him vast experience and knowledge of the Castor trade and is heading the Sales and Marketing function for the International Business at BIOTOR.
